As we know, there are a lot of water in the wet wipes, and it is easy to produce the microorganisms which will lead to the quality problem for the wet wipes. And how to keep the wet wipes in a good quality? Our flushable wipes is designed for it, with its Broad-spectrum antibacterial ability, our wet wipes liquid could inhibit the the reproduction of the microorganisms and keep the wet wipes maintain softness, moisture, and a comfortable user experience. The preservative system we use are mild and safe to the surface of the skin.

Broad-Spectrum Antimicrobial Effect

We use the mild preservative system in our wet wipes liquid such as the Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin and BKC.  With the broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect, the preservative could maintain the flushable wet wipes stay clean and refreshening, while extend the lifetime for the wet wipes during storeage and use.

Mild Cleansing ingredients

We strictly select the mild surfactants cleanding ingredients materials, it can help reduce the surface tension of water, making the wet wipes more effective at removing stains and grease.

Skin care ingredients

In order to enhance the customer experience, we will add some plant extract in the wet wipes solution for skin care function. And we have many kind of plant extract for your choose, such as the Aloe Vera Extract, Chamomile Extract ect..

Quality Assurance

Our quality control process includes the raw material procurement, the samples random inspection during the production,  and the final product inspection, ensuring that each batch meets clients' standards.

1. Raw material procurement and incoming inspection

We do the supplier qualification review before procurement to make sure they have the ability to supply the qualified raw material. And make a strictly inspection for every batch when material imcoming, the inspections includes the component analysis, purity and concentration detection, microbial test.

2. Microbial testing for bacterial and fungal

Each formula from our fatory must undergo a microbiological testing, that will prevent the contamination by microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. 

3. Finished products inspection

We will follow strict quality control inspection process after the production is completed, ensuring our each batch meets the market requirements.

4. External third-party testing if you need

We could provides samples to third-party testing agencies according to the clients' requirement  for further testing to ensure that their products meet local or international standards (such as ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.).
