The leanther wipes formulation is contains the plant extract such as aloe vera and olive oil which could provide moisturizing effects and prevent the leather from cracking.

Moisturizer ingredients

1. What is the preservative ingredients in the wet wipes formulation? Is it safe to skin?

Our wet wipes formulation is compounded with different preservative system, such as the Phenoxyethanol + Ethylhexylglycerin, BAC+Phenoxyethanol and so on. The preservative ingredients we select are mild and effective which meets the international safaty standard, and not including any known irritants or harmful ingredients.

2.What tests are required for wet wipes?

The common tests include microbial challenge testing, stability testing (high temperature/low temperature/cyclic), pH, odor, color change, and skin irritation/patch testing (depending on product positioning).

3.Why is it necessary to use purified water in wet wipes?

The tap water contains the metal ions, microorganisms, and impurities, which can affect the stability of the preservative system, increase microbiological risks, and affect the product's odor and appearance.

Wet wipe production typically requires RO water/deionized water/purified water.
